During this session, we'll explore the paradigm shift to "Service-as-a-Software," where Agentic AI transforms business processes. In this model, employees supervise interconnected AI agents by defining intent rather than giving explicit instructions.

Drawing on examples from Google and a case study from the manufacturer Kärcher, this session presents "The Agent Factory"—a practical blueprint for building a governed, scalable AI foundation. This approach overcomes the high failure rate of AI pilots and has been shown to reduce operational costs by 46%.

Finally, we will look to the future, where this revolution extends to the physical world with Gemini-powered robotics, signaling the next wave of industrial automation.
