Speaker: Dr Adrian Reisch, Partner at EY
As AI moves from experimentation to impact, industrial intelligence is redefining how factories, assets, and supply chains operate.
This keynote looks at where industrial AI is delivering real value today, what’s coming next, and how companies can turn data and intelligence into measurable operational advantage.
-
Speaker: Dr. Georg Schneider, Head of ZF AI Lab Saarbrücken at ZF Group
Global supply chains are increasingly evolving into complex, dynamic supply networks. Traditional AI approaches have already delivered valuable transparency and decision support—but they often stop short of real autonomy.
In this session, we share how ZF Friedrichshafen is extending its AI toolbox SpAIder from classical AI and advanced analytics towards Agentic AI: AI systems that do not only analyze, but actively plan, coordinate, and act within the supply network. Participants will gain practical insights into running AI solutions and understand future potentials of SpAIder within an agentic framework.

Speaker: Matthias Graefe, Director Supply Chain Transformation
Global supply chains are operating in an era of unprecedented complexity. Geopolitical instability, demand volatility, fragile ecosystems, and rapidly rising customer expectations are stretching traditional decision-making models to their limits. While the promise of an intelligent, resilient, and adaptive supply chain is compelling, many organizations still struggle to translate this vision into operational reality.
In this keynote, IBM shares a first-hand perspective on how its own global supply chain has been transformed through the deployment of Agentic AI. Moving beyond experimentation, IBM has systematically embedded AI-driven agents to proactively identify risks, generate actionable recommendations, accelerate decision cycles, and enable semi-automated responses to disruptions—shifting from reactive firefighting to proactive, insight-driven leadership.
The session highlights the critical success factors behind this transformation: trusted AI models, a strong and scalable data foundation, and—most importantly—deep supply chain expertise. Rather than replacing human decision-makers, Agentic AI amplifies their impact, combining machine speed and scale with human judgment, context, and accountability.
Attendees will gain practical insights into how human and AI collaboration reshapes operational decision-making, organizational structures, and leadership roles within the supply chain. The keynote concludes with clear guidance on the technological, organizational, and cultural prerequisites required to deploy Agentic AI responsibly—and to convert innovation into sustained business resilience and competitive advantage.

Speaker: Dr Marek Jersak, Group CEO
Industrial manufacturers are under growing pressure: fragmented systems, increasing operational complexity, rising integration costs, and the challenge of modernizing mission-critical environments without disrupting the business. At the same time, AI promises major gains - but only when connected to real operational workflows and trusted data foundations.
In this keynote, Dr Marek Jersak, Group CEO at Ardelin, shares practical insights from more than 20 years supporting complex manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics environments at global scale. Drawing on real-world experience across ERP modernization, industrial integrations, product data distribution, operational analytics, and AI-enabled workflows, the session explores how industrial organizations can evolve from fragmented IT landscapes toward intelligent operational ecosystems.
The focus is not on AI hype or “big bang” replacement strategies, but on controlled evolution: enabling faster operational change, better visibility, resilient supply chains, and scalable digitalization while preserving business continuity.
You will gain concrete modernization patterns, operational lessons learned, and practical approaches for scaling data, AI, and digitalization safely across mission-critical industrial value chains.

Item description
-
Traceability is becoming a critical foundation across industrial operations, driven by regulation, supply chain complexity, and the need for greater transparency.
However, many organisations remain focused on data capture and visibility, without fully translating that data into meaningful operational decisions.
Using battery traceability as a real-world example, this session explores how organisations can move beyond tracking and begin to operationalise traceability data, connecting physical assets with structured information to drive action.
The discussion will focus on:
Turning traceability data into decision triggers, not just records
Identifying where data creates real operational value across production, procurement, and service
Bridging the gap between compliance-driven data and performance improvement
How lifecycle and asset data can support maintenance, optimisation, and long-term planning

Speaker: Gerhard Keller, Head of Manufacturing Industry Germany ay Google Cloud
During this session, we'll explore the paradigm shift to "Service-as-a-Software," where Agentic AI transforms business processes. In this model, employees supervise interconnected AI agents by defining intent rather than giving explicit instructions.
Drawing on examples from Google and a case study from the manufacturer Kärcher, this session presents "The Agent Factory"—a practical blueprint for building a governed, scalable AI foundation. This approach overcomes the high failure rate of AI pilots and has been shown to reduce operational costs by 46%.
Finally, we will look to the future, where this revolution extends to the physical world with Gemini-powered robotics, signaling the next wave of industrial automation.
